CO2 LASER CUTTING MACHINE
CO₂ laser cutting is a sheet metal processing technique that uses an electrically driven gas laser. The laser cuts contours into metal sheet material such as steel, stainless steel or aluminium. CO₂ cutting technology is highly accurate and offers a lot of shaping freedom. This even makes it easy to cut complex shapes.
FIBER LASER CUTTING MACHINE
Use of Fiber Laser cutting machines makes it easier for this industry to cope with everyday advancement in design and technology. These machines are excellent for cutting smaller and complicated components used in automobiles, also cuts hydro formed parts, which are metal parts formed in 3D shapes, with great accuracy.
LASER FIBER MARKING MACHINE
A laser fiber marking machine with a capacity of 30 W can effectively engrave steel and metal plates with a marking depth range of 0.1 to 1mm. The working area of 200mm x 200mm is also suitable for a wide range of applications.
When it comes to marking painted aluminium, the marking depth will vary depending on the composition of the paint and the metal. However, in general, a 30 W laser/fiber marking machine should be able to create markings in painted aluminium with various marking depths.
